Cancellation Policy
**Cancellation Policy**
At the time of booking, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required (per person) to secure your appointment. This will be applied to your total upon receiving the booked service. If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time.
If you cancel 48 hours or more before your appointment, your $50 deposit may be applied as a credit toward a rescheduled appointment, provided the new appointment is booked within two weeks of the original date. Please note that this credit option does not apply to weekend appointments, and in such cases, the $50 deposit will remain non-refundable.
If you do not cancel and do not show up for your appointment, the $50 non-refundable deposit will remain non-refundable and a 20% cancellation fee will be applied.
